Hello Friends!

Outward Bound California's annual high-rise fundraising event is back! We are back! It's been since 2019 that we gathered together for our City Skyline Challenge event and we are going to have a blast this year. This year, I'll be rappelling off the 46th floor of the Hilton San Francisco Union Square - crazy! But I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't for a good cause.

Our organization goal is $350,000.00 and my goal this year is to raise $10,000.00. Please join me.

Why do this again, for the 4th time? Well, I believe in what we do from the Joshua Tree and the Sierra granite to our newly built ropes course at McLaren Park! We harness the inherent power of the natural environment to provide robust social-emotional learning opportunities for our students. In a supportive group environment, our skilled staff help students embrace physical and emotional challenges, provide space for reflection, and cultivate skills like confidence and compassion that enable them to contribute to meaningful change in their communities and the world!

Any amount you can donate will help young people from lower-income communities get outside to challenge themselves and discover that there is more in them than they realize.

Outward Bound California is an educational nonprofit whose mission is to change lives through challenge and discovery. Through experiential education programs in both wilderness and urban settings, Outward Bound helps people discover strength of character, an ability to lead, and a desire to serve. Outward Bound California targets low-income, traditionally excluded populations from the outdoors industry by providing two in three of their students with a full or partial scholarship to participate in our programs. For more information, you may visit obca.org.

Please join me by showing your support today! And please join me on the 40th floor of the Hilton for drink post rappel on May 5th!

Thank you,

Nettie
